IP Broker’s Privacy Policy
IP Broker sets a high value on privacy and is committed to maintaining privacy
for its customers. This Policy sets forth the ways in which IP Broker may
gather, use, or distribute customer information.
Scope
This Policy describes how IP Broker handles the personal information that it
receives or collects. Personal information may be supplied to IP Broker
directly or it may be collected by IP Broker from its networks, host computers,
or other equipment or systems which interact with or use IP Broker’s database
or network. This Policy applies to customers (individuals or organizations
who use IP Broker’s services and sign an agreement with IP Broker) and individuals
or organizations that access IP Broker’s website.
Further, IP Broker may enter into agreements which enlarge the protection of
some confidential information. Information covered by those agreements will
be held confidential, as described in those respective agreements.
Collection of Information, Including “Log Files”

Internet domain names; and any other unique identifying numbers,
characteristics, or codes (whether generally available in the public realm
or not) that may be available to recipients of the information.
There are two ways in which IP Broker collects information: certain services
that IP Broker provides require the collection of personally identifiable

third parties, and when the IP Broker website is accessed, an IP address and
any standard web log information is collected, such as browser type and the
pages which were accessed on the website. As needed, IP Broker also may obtain
information from third parties such as credit bureaus, customer support
teams, and identity verification services.

automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes Internet
protocol (IP) numbers, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP),
referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream
data.
These Log Files are used on IP Broker’s website to collect certain information
about visitors. This information may be used in the aggregate to to gather
information, such as browser type and operating system, track the number of
unique visitors to the IP Broker website, and to understand how visitors use
the website. This information allows IP Broker to customize the website for
visitors and to improve the quality of services.
Distribution of Information
Except as provided in this Policy or in a separate agreement between IP Broker
and customer, IP Broker will not share, sell or rent your personal information
to third parties other than as outlined in this privacy policy. From time to
time, as needed, a customer’s information may be shared with IP Broker’s
affiliates and parent company. These companies have agreed to abide by the
same terms and conditions as set forth in this Policy.
IP Broker conforms to all applicable laws regarding personal information.
IP Broker may share information with governmental agencies or other companies
assisting in fraud prevention or investigation. The federal, state, and
other local laws and regulations that govern the release of information are
complex and it is not possible to outline all of the considerations that
might apply.
IP Broker may share information with governmental agencies when: (1) required
by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; or (2)
trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or
unauthorized transactions; or (3) investigating fraud which has already

marketing purposes. Through warrants or other court orders, subpoenas, or
other requirements of law, IP Broker may be required to gather and/or to
