for its customers. This Policy sets forth the ways in which IP Broker may
gather, use, or distribute customer information.

  Scope
This Policy describes how IP Broker handles the personal information that it
receives or collects. Personal information may be supplied to IP Broker
directly or it may be collected by IP Broker from its networks, host computers,
or other equipment or systems which interact with or use IP Broker’s database
or network. This Policy applies to customers (individuals or organizations

or organizations that access IP Broker’s website.
Further, IP Broker may enter into agreements which enlarge the protection of
some confidential information. Information covered by those agreements will

unique visitors to the IP Broker website, and to understand how visitors use
the website. This information allows IP Broker to customize the website for
visitors and to improve the quality of services.

affiliates and parent company. These companies have agreed to abide by the
same terms and conditions as set forth in this Policy.
IP Broker conforms to all applicable laws regarding personal information.
IP Broker may share information with governmental agencies or other companies
assisting in fraud prevention or investigation. The federal, state, and
other local laws and regulations that govern the release of information are
complex and it is not possible to outline all of the considerations that
  might apply.
IP Broker may share information with governmental agencies when: (1) required
